Shipping & Returns

Proofs are sent out within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. All orders leave The Paper Girl within 3 business days from the time you approve your proof (pending stock availability and not counting time for assembly if you choose that option). For an additional $25 you may select Expedited Turnaround, which allows your order to be printed and shipped 1 business day from the time you approve your proof (pending stock availability) Not available for items that require assembly.

The Paper Girl offers Standard Ground (5-7 business days), Air (3-5 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping. You may also choose to do in-store pick up if you are in the West Dade Area.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If an order is printed incorrectly by The Paper Girl, we will reprint it and ship it at our expense. Please double check a proof before approving it! Once you have approved the proof it will be printed as is. You are welcome to see as many proofs as you like. The first 2 are free of charge and additional proofs are billed at $1.25 each. Proofs can either be sent to you via email, fax or mail.

There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for orders that are cancelled after a proof has been delivered.

All sales are final. Refunds will be issued at management’s discretion and in the same form payment was made. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are happy to accept payments with major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit gift cards or checks online. We will gladly take them at our store.
