• When ordering invitations, how many extra invitations should I order?
  For weddings, we recommend 25 extra invitations. For everyday invitations or announcements, we recommend 10 invitations or announcements.
• What if I need more invitations after I have placed an order?
  When more invitations are needed, it is just like starting over. If an invitation is in stock, then additional invitations can be printed immediately. Wedding invitations order placed from a manufacturer need to be reordered from them and are costly, so it is best to order extra invitations when placing your initial order.
• Will you provide wording suggestions for my invitations?
  Yes, we love to be creative with the wording and most customers love what we come up with. However, if you want to see sample verses please go to the Wording section of the website.
• Can the wording be printed in a different language?
  Yes, any wording can be translated and printed to suit your needs. If you want to print your invitations in 2 languages – there is a $10.00 set up fee for the 2nd language.
• Can I order online or by phone?
  You are welcome to order by phone and via email if you know what you are looking for. Or you can order invitations directly from the online store. If you have any trouble in the ordering process, please do not hesitate to call or email us. When your order has been filled you can either pick up your order from our store or have it shipped for an additional fee.
• When ordering a proof, what will I actually receive?
  An online proof is sent for final approval of wording and font selection. You will not see the actual invitation ONLY the text.
• Where can I view your fonts?

• What if I want to cancel a printed order after I have received a proof, but before it is printed?
  If printing has not yet begun, you may cancel your order, we will reverse your receipt but there will be a $15.00 set up fee.
• Do you address envelopes?
  Yes, we can print mailing address, return addresses and computer calligraphy on formal invitations.
• When is my Credit Card charged and what forms of payment do you accept?
  Your credit card will be billed for 100% at the time you place your order unless it is a Wedding order where we accept a deposit of 50%. We are happy to accept payments with major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit gift cards or checks online.
